**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain cPanel accounts and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux servers.
- Assist clients with domain and DNS management.
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor server performance and security, addressing any vulnerabilities.
- Assist with server migrations and backups.
- Document and update support tickets and technical documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months experience in hosting/server support or a related field.
- Proficiency in cPanel and web hosting management.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in Linux, cPanel, or related technologies.
