We are seeking a talented and creative Architect & 3D Designer to join our growing firm. This unique role combines the core responsibilities of an architect with the technical expertise of a 3D designer. You will work collaboratively with a team of architects, engineers, and designers to create innovative and functional building designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine architectural drawings and specifications for a variety of project types.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, and relevant building codes.
- Participate in site visits and construction administration tasks (as needed).
- Stay current on the latest trends and technologies in architecture and 3D design.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software (e.g., Revit).
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya).
- Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹15,557.83 - ₹55,897.09 per month
