Camp Boss

**Job Title: Camp Boss**
**Reports to: Site Manager/Project Manager**
**Location: Alibaug**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage camp facilities, including accommodation, catering, and recreational areas
- Supervise camp staff, including cooks, cleaners, and maintenance personnel
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, supplies, and waste management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate records of camp operations, personnel, and inventory
- Liaise with site management and personnel to ensure camp needs are met
- Manage camp budgets and finances
- Ensure camp safety, security, and emergency preparedness

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in camp management or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a remote location with limited resources
- Experience with camp operations, logistics, and personnel management
- Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
