**Installation**: Install home water purification systems (e.g., reverse osmosis, water softeners, UV filters, and under-sink filters) in residential properties.
- **Maintenance & Servicing**: Perform regular maintenance and servicing of installed water purification systems, including filter changes, system cleanings, and part replacements.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**: Diagnose and repair any issues with home water purification systems, ensuring mínimal downtime for homeowners.
- **Water Quality Testing**: Conduct tests to evaluate water quality before and after filtration to ensure that systems are effectively removing contaminants and meeting health standards.
- **Customer Support**: Provide technical support and guidance to homeowners, explaining how their water purification system works, offering usage tips, and ensuring they understand when and how to perform basic maintenance.
- **System Upgrades & Replacements**: Recommend upgrades or replacements of old or inefficient systems based on customer needs, water quality concerns, and system performance.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions. Maintain logs of service activities and update customer profiles.
- **Product Knowledge & Recommendations**: Stay up-to-date with the latest water purification technologies and products, recommending the most suitable solutions for customers' water quality issues.
- **Customer Education**: Educate homeowners on proper water filtration practices, the importance of regular maintenance, and how to extend the life of their water purifiers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training or certification in water purification or plumbing is a plus).
- Experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining water filtration systems (reverse osmosis, water softeners, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and various water purification technologies.
- Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs on residential water systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if travel to customer sites is required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
