**Profile Brief:

- **
- Ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from channels
- Meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter
- Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners
- Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
- Ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones
- Liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners
- Prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same
- Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners and ensuring regular product & price updates to channel partners
- Oversee organization of channel-related events
- Leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches Qualifications Any Graduate.

- **Ms Office Proficiency

**Languages**:
Fluent English, Hindi & Marathi.

**Age Criteria**:28-40y/o
