Business Intelligence Executive for Corporate Office (Koregaon Park, Pune)

**Qualification(s)**
- BE (Mechanical) / Statistics Major or Graduate

**Specialization** Required/Skills**
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Indian market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Experience Required**
- 5+ years

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and administer market research projects.
- Conduct research on the plastics industry, including analysing market trends, market segment analysis, identifying customer needs, and evaluating competitors.
- Manage all phases of a research project, including survey design, data collection, cost management, and supplier selection.
- Analyse data and draw meaningful conclusions from it.
- Identify patterns and trends and use them to make informed decisions.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.

**Additional Requirements**
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and ERP systems is a plus
