**Job Description: Digital Marketing Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design course content, training materials, and hands-on projects aligned with current industry trends.
- Conduct interactive workshops and real-world simulations to enhance practical learning.
- Guide trainees on tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Analytics, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms in digital marketing and incorporate them into training programs.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to address individual learning needs and challenges.
- Assess trainee performance through assignments, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with the training team to improve the curriculum and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
- Support trainees in building portfolios or case studies for job readiness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer or extensive practical experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging content.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot) is a plus.
