Answers and screens phone calls and manages the MD’s mail and social media accounts;
- Coordinate and maintaining Meeting agendas, including incorporating agenda material
for presentation for routine and special meetings.
- Schedules and coordinates appointments, meetings and events, including registration and
travel arrangements as necessary.
- Interactions/Follow-up with Department Heads on task assigned by MD.
- Transcribes drafts, proofreads and revises correspondence, memos, flyers, agendas,
minutes, resolutions and policies.
- Coordinate the works as per MD’s daily routines.

**JOB SPECIFICATION**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Should have excellent knowledge in MS Office.
- Should have Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Age - 27 - 40

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- executive secretary: 1 year (preferred)
