Position: UI/UX Designer
Experience: 1-1.5 Years
Location: Mohali Phase 8b

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Create user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to enhance user experience.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: [X years] of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools**.
- Strong understanding of **user-centered design (UCD), responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG standards)**.
- Experience with **wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing**.
- Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript** is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an **Agile or Scrum environment**.
- Familiarity with **design systems and component libraries**.
- Basic knowledge of **motion design and micro-interactions**.

**Benefits**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
