**Job description**:
1 to 3 yrs of experience as Tele sales / Telemarketing mandatory

Should be comfortable to work from office

Experience in Education / Training preferred

Educational counselor experience preferred

Handle calls on leads generated

Identify potential leads and actively reaching out to individuals who have expressed interest in the education opportunities.

Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads and conversions using CRM Software.

Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.

Handle any operations-related activities that may be required.

Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel.

Generate relevant reports from the same.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Academic counseling: 2 years (required)
