**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Design and edit visually appealing images and graphics for posts.
- Create engaging and creative post copies tailored to various social media platforms.
- Develop short-form video content, including reels and YouTube shorts.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit videos for various purposes, including campaigns, advertisements, and organic content.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions to enhance visual appeal.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies to optimize content performance.
- **Ad Campaign Management**:

- Assist in creating and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Monitor ad performance and provide insights to improve ROI.
- **Research & Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Conduct competitor analysis and propose new strategies for brand growth.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and report performance metrics for campaigns and social media platforms.
- Provide insights to improve strategies based on data analytics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of running ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram (preferred but not mandatory).
