**Job Brief**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Design eye-catching graphics for clients’ social media posts, banners, and marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, reels, videos, and one-pagers.
- Must be able to design banners and creatives in Telugu language.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute designs that align with healthcare business.
- Brainstorm and develop visual ideas that connect with the target audience.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate modern elements into your work.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and evolving client requirements.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, brand-consistent, and strategically effective.
- Use appropriate color palettes, typography, and layout principles for each design.
- Revise and refine design based on client’s feedback.

**Requirements and skills**:

- 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, branding, or digital design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Dreamweaver is a plus).
- Sharp eye for visual composition and detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
