Job location: Thiruvalla

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and provide information about our solar products and services.

Assist customers with queries and follow-up calls to ensure their satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments and assist with customer conversions.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contribute to achieving company goals.

Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle customer objections and close deals effectively.

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Languages Required: English and Malayalam

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, freshers can also apply

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
