We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the dual role of Back Office Support and ISO Coordinator. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and maintaining our NABL accreditation. Freshers with a strong academic background and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply. This role may involve working in shifts.

**Responsibilities (Back Office Support)**:

- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and proper maintenance.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Support the laboratory staff with administrative needs.
- May involve working with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) data entry and report generation.

**Responsibilities (ISO Coordinator)**:

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the laboratory's Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Ensure compliance with NABL accreditation requirements.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits conducted by NABL.
- Track and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators.
- Train laboratory staff on quality management system requirements.
- Communicate with NABL and other relevant organizations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Experience with LIMS is a plus but not required.
