**About the Role**

The Purchase Executive - Domestic is responsible for timely procurement of Materials & Equipment required by the Organization from vendors based in India.

**Responsibilities**

**1. Material & Equipment Procurement**
- Raising an indent for procurement and forward to CEO for approval in order to place PO.
- Place PO.
- Obtain required documents - Certificate of Analysis & Invoice copy from Vendor at time of dispatch along with Lorry Receipt for Inter - State procurements.
- Obtain confirmation from Warehouse about material receipt status - as per PO or not - and take suitable action to rectify wrong supply.
- Keep CEO & concerned Department Head about progress.
- Resolving issues with Vendors for wrong supply, damages, extra charges etc.
- Co-ordinate with Accounts for payments to Vendor, Transporter etc.

**2. Other Tasks**
- Monitoring Inward Stock - check to ensure right quantity & specifications are updated in Materials Receipt System.
- Verifying Vendor Bills for payment.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- B Com / BBA or Post Graduate degree or diploma in Materials / Supply Chain / Export-Import Management.
- Preferably 2-4 year experience in Purchase.
- Preferably having experience of handling Purchase of at least Rs. 1 crores per annum.
- Preferred experience of purchase in the chemical / paints industry will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Purchase process & procedures.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
