**Kaleen Lifestyle Private Limited** is a renowned manufacturer and exporter of high-quality rugs, based in **GRAM-KOHAND, KARNAL (HARYANA) is** seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Data Entry Operator.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input and update data in company systems.
- Maintain and manage inventory records, including stock levels and movements.
- Generate reports and updates using Microsoft Excel and MIS software.
- Ensure data integrity and security through accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and assist in reordering supplies.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports on inventory, sales, and stock.
- Support other departments by providing relevant data and documentation as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in data.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Working knowledge of **MIS** and **inventory management systems**.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Prior experience in data entry, MIS, or inventory management is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
