Responsibilities and deliverables

Work with the business to create prototypes and POCs as a means of eliciting and defining a solution to a business problem

Review solutions and recommends relevant improvements

Acts as a release manager, approving configuration and implementations of functionality.

Educates and evangelizes CRM standard processes to internal constituents to ensure solutions delivered are best of breed for the company’s business model and culture

Organizational alignment

Position will report directly to the Manager of IT systems - CRM Qualifications (required)

Minimum of five years of experience implementing functional solutions in Salesforce/CRM within a medium to large sized org (More than 50 users)

Strong knowledge of and demonstrable experience using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Salesforce CPQ to solve business problems

Advanced understanding of development tools and practices in Salesforce to facilitate the creation of use cases and the design of project requirements.

Ability to understand and use all declarative automation and functions within the Salesforce ecosystem

Ability to understand and design solutions using development tools including:
Good interpersonal and organizational skills and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers

Qualifications (preferred)

Salesforce Admin and/or Advanced Admin Certifications

Experience with Agile and/or Kanban development principles

Experience with Sales Acceleration and Marketing Automation platforms (Hubspot)

Technical competencies

Ability to understand and design solutions using development tools including:
Apex, Visualforce, Lighting Web Comp, Aura Comp, Visualforce, and all declarative development tools such as flow, formulas, and change sets.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, Business Administration, or related fiel
