**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user needs.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- **UI Design**: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with a high level of quality.
- **User Testing**: Conduct and analyze user testing sessions to iterate on designs and improve usability.
- **Design Systems**: Contribute to and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- **Documentation**: Document design decisions, processes, and guidelines for future reference and to ensure alignment within the team.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
