**Job Title: Marketing Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Coordinate with design teams and vendors to produce marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, presentations, signage, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Organize and manage events, exhibitions, and open house promotions.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns (ROI, KPIs, lead conversion, etc.).
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation tools.
- Maintain CRM databases and help in lead follow-ups when needed.
- Liaise with external partners, including PR firms, ad agencies, and media outlets.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-7years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate or interior fit-out.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with real estate developers, interior design firms, or fit-out contractors.
- Familiarity with local real estate regulations or interior design trends is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
