**Job Description**:

- 9-15 years of experience including three or more years of experience in architecting/designing/managing IT Infrastructure solutions/environments_
- Strong understanding across IT Infrastructure towers (End User, Data center and Network Services) _
- Demonstrated ability in understanding customer requirements and converting them into deliverable solutions_
- Understanding of Managed Services as well as Transformation themes across spectrum of IT Infrastructure towers_
- Understanding of Cloud solutions_
- Cross practice view of IT infrastructure solutions _
- Ability to understand customer’s requirement and position solution effectively_
- Effective at communicating with excellent presentation skills_
- Good commercial acumen and ability to build business case _
- Strong team player with ability to drive solution team members to build solutions that meet client outsourcing objectives, supports pursuit win themes and value propositions _
- Understanding of ITIL processes _
- Natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges_
