1) Managing Office Assistant Admin Staff - Coordinate shifts timing, leave schedules, and outdoor duty for office assistant admin staff. - Ensure smooth functioning of administrative operations through effective management of support staff. 2) Insurance Policy Management - Liaise with insurance agents to obtain quotes for various insurance policies. - Update employee addition/deletion data in insurance policy records and follow up for endorsement copies. - Implement systems to track and manage Mediclaim cards and group Mediclaim policies. 3) Agreements and Renewals - Prepare and execute leave and license agreements. - Coordinate AMC renewals for vendors such as A/C, pest control, and office equipment. 4) Office Stationery and Supplies - Track and monitor office stationery activities, including maintaining MIS reports. - Ensure availability of necessary supplies for smooth office operations. 5) Insurance Tracking and Renewals - Track and monitor office stationery activities, including maintaining MIS reports. - Ensure availability of necessary supplies for smooth office operations. 6) Insurance Tracking and Renewals - Track and renew directors' individual property and insurance policies. - Monitor and renew car insurance for company vehicles and directors' individual vehicles. - Renew fire, WC, burglary, and machinery insurance for all company assets. 7) Legal and Compliance - Handle legal matters related to office operations. - Ensure compliance with ISO certification requirements and renewals. - Track and renew memberships with organizations such as the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and BMC licenses." 8) Vendor Management - Manage vendors for stationery, T-shirts, safety jackets, and other office supplies. - Coordinate with travel-related vendors and execute payments. - Monitor courier services and maintain records of inward and outward entries. 9) Miscellaneous Office Work - Handle miscellaneous office tasks as assigned by management. - Assist with bank account openings and other administrative activities."
