Reporting to the People Manager, the Process Champion - Operations in Wealth Administration is responsible for
- **Responsibilities**:

- Processing and Quality checking.
- Process reporting and training.
- Queue Allocation & Management.
- Update SOPs and other process documents.
- Ensuring compliance of all internal policies.
- Process improvement.
- Providing timely updates to Assistant Manager and onshore counterparts.
- Mentoring and coaching new hires.

Summary

Reporting to the People Manager, the Process Champion - Operations in Wealth Administration is responsible for
- **Responsibilities**:

- Processing and Quality checking.
- Working closely with the US teams
- Performing complex calculations
- Handling work types which are handled by the US teams
- Queue Management.
- Update SOPs and other process documents.
- Ensuring compliance of all internal policies.
- Process improvement.
- Providing timely updates to Assistant Manager and onshore counterparts.
- Mentoring and coaching new hires

Succeeding as a Process Champion
- Operations, will require the following core qualifications and skills
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good knowledge of Defined Benefits
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi task, self starter.
- Should be able to work on reporting and generating dashboards
