**Location - Bhopal / Indore**

**Working Days - 1 additional off apart from designated weekly offs every month.**

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implications of ineffective learning methods
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy our course as a solution
- . Well-versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call.
- Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target
- Take prospects from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone Present product solutions virtually.
- Regular follow-up with new and existing customers.
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
- Achieving the weekly targets in a high-pressure performance-driven competitive environment.
- Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.

**Key Requirements:

-**:

- 0 - 3 months of Inside Sales experience (B2C preferred; B2B - monthly revenue target can be considered)
- Must have B2C/Direct Sales/Telesales/ Inside Sales experience
- Soft-spoken at all times and expected to be non-aggressively assertive while closing a sale
- English & Regional Language proficiency is mandatory

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
