**Lab Incharge - Chemistry Lab**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage the chemistry lab, ensuring cleanliness and order.
- Prepare chemical solutions and reagents as needed.
- Oversee and assist students during lab sessions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Manage inventory of chemicals, equipment, and glassware.
- Maintain lab equipment and perform basic repairs.
- Dispose of chemical waste properly and safely.
- Keep accurate records of experiments, inventory, and lab activities.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure lab activities align with curriculum objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc. in Chemistry
- Strong understanding of chemistry lab procedures and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
