- Plan, manage and lead AMS support of Oracle EBS R12
- Manage tickets and SLAs as per agreement with the client
- Monitor and track project tasks and resource requirements time to time for different change requests
- Work with client for satisfactory deliver tickets and resoultions along with team
- Track project deliverables, communicate with client sponsors and stakeholders, deliver on-time within scope and budget
- Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, project sponsors and executives to provide project status reporting in accordance with PMO guidelines
- Collaborate with third party service providers, client PMs, technical developers, DBAs, and business users on system requirements gathering, system analysis, design and implementation of new features and systems
- Work with the training resources to ensure requisite training is imparted to business users as part of support project
- Work with Oracle Support to resolve Service Requests by leveraging project Functional and Technical teams.
- Ensures proper communication within project team; ensures project status, issues and successes are communicated to project governance and documented appropriately
- Maintain and publish all project related communications with relevant stakeholders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE SOUGHT
- At least 10+ years of overall IT Experience in Oracle ERP coupled with hands on experience with various project phases such as implementation, development, testing and support
- At least 5+ years in a role as Project Manager, with responsibility for project management
- Experience in Managing and implementing Oracle EBS Projects
- Creating, managing, and distributing reports related to the project on a timely manner
- Understanding of Project KPIs, SLAs and able to perform both preparation & analysis of KPIs
- Understand, prioritize, and escalate where necessary and prepare a risk mitigation plan
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Should have experience managing both Fixed price and T&M projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

- BTech degree or higher in Engineering, Management or equivalent
- PMP certification or any Project Management Certification preferred but not mandatory
- Oracle certifications if any will be added qualification
- Experience managing Projects comprising team members from different internal teams and locations
- Prior experience with ERP implementations is a requirement
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and principles
- Should be based out of Gurgaon / Delhi NCR
