**Job Description: Telecaller (Language Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil) - Travel Industry**

**Position: Telecaller**
**Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India**
**Experience: Fresher to 2 years**
**Salary: INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential customers, providing them with detailed information about travel packages, services, and offerings.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and previous inquiries, aiming to convert them into confirmed sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly and engaging communication, showcasing our commitment to excellent service.
- Identify customer needs, preferences, and travel requirements to recommend suitable travel packages and solutions that best meet their expectations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and up-to-date information about available travel options, itineraries, and pricing.
- Maintain a customer database and update records of interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless customer service and efficient sales tracking.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, special offers, and incentives to attract potential customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall success and growth of the travel agency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the travel industry, as well as changes in regulations and travel-related news.
- Address customer complaints and concerns professionally, aiming to resolve issues and retain customer loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil (spoken and written).
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certification or training in the travel industry is a plus.
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in a customer service or telecalling role, preferably in the travel sector (though not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a strong passion for the travel industry.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and convert leads effectively.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using computers, telecommunication systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or during peak travel seasons as needed

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
