Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D layouts, and working drawings for office interiors
- Create accurate floor plans, furniture layouts, RCP, and electrical layouts
- Translate design concepts into clear, professional technical drawings
- Collaborate with the 3D and project team to align 2D documentation with visualizations and execution
- Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and documentation processes
- Participate in site visits as needed to understand project requirements and resolve design concerns

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in 2D drafting for commercial or office interior projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of SketchUp and MS Office is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of design documentation standards
- Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into precise technical drawings
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in office interior fit-outs or commercial workspace design
- Familiarity with building codes and standard construction practices
