**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Create compelling visual assets for our website, landing pages, and other digital platforms to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Generate original artwork, illustrations, and icons that communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to design projects and marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs that resonate with target audiences.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
