Drupal Architect

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and architect complex Drupal solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and scalability principles.
- Provide expertise in Drupal architecture, module development, theming, and performance optimization.
- Lead the technical team by providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to developers and engineers.
- Assess project feasibility, risks, and potential technical challenges.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, adherence to coding standards, and efficient use of Drupal APIs.
- Identify opportunities for reuse and modularization of code to enhance development efficiency.
- Develop and maintain architectural and design documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers.
- Stay updated with the latest Drupal trends, releases, and emerging technologies.
- Lead discussions on technical strategies, solutions, and project roadmaps.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and business presentations.

**What we seek in you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Drupal Developer or any other DXP with a strong portfolio of Drupal-based projects.
- Atleast 3+ years Demonstrated experience in designing complex Drupal solutions as a Technical Architect or any other DXP.
- In-depth knowledge of Drupal 8 & above architecture, APIs, and module development.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrations.
- Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies, including theming and responsive design.
- Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to guide and mentor a technical team.
- Drupal or other DXP certification is a plus.
- Experience with other CMS platforms or frameworks is a plus.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or pre-sales activities is a plus.
