About the role:
**What you will do**:

- Collaborate closely with your agile team members and other stakeholders in analysis and
improvement of existing algorithms.
- Invent new algorithms to solve challenging supply chain problems.
- Balance complexity, execution time and memory footprint to deliver performance
solutions.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelors/master’s degree in engineering/mathematics/Statistics with specialization in
Computer Science or related discipline.
- Good knowledge of Java including object-oriented design and unit testing.
- Exceptionally strong analytical skills
- Be curious to learn. Be able to do research with minor supervision.
- Background in, or understanding of, operational research (OR) optimization, and heuristics
algorithms a definite plus.
- Experience using tools such as Eclipse or VS Code and Git
- Experience developing and testing data structures and algorithms.
