We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Processing to join our Wealth Solutions Middle office team. This role is located in Pune/Chennai.

The Middle Office Operations team will be responsible for maintaining and managing client accounts, executing account transfers, and coordinating asset movements. This role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways _: _
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
- Process account transfers in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate asset movements between accounts, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and procedures
- Monitor and reconcile account balances and transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on account maintenance, transfer, and asset movement processes
- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance client service.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in middle office operations, account maintenance, and account transfer activities
- Flexible with shift timing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial products, instruments, and markets
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- The Middle Office Operations member must be organized, able to multitask, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
