**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Game Designer** with at least 1 year of experience to design engaging and educational games for children (ages 3-10). You will collaborate with developers, artists, and curriculum experts to bring playful learning concepts to life across digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, user flows, and level layouts tailored to children’s cognitive and motor skills
- Write design documents, game specs, and UI/UX guidelines for each module
- Collaborate with artists and developers to ensure gameplay and visuals align with learning goals
- Participate in playtesting and iterate on feedback to improve gameplay and learning outcomes
- Research trends in children’s education and gamification to inspire new ideas

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience as a Game Designer (preferably in educational or kids' games)
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, level design, and player progression systems
- Ability to design user interfaces and feedback systems for young users
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Unity (for prototyping), or similar
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Creative mindset with a strong grasp of child-centric design thinking

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience with AR or voice-interactive games
- Familiarity with NCERT or preschool learning curriculum
- Exposure to Unity engine and collaboration with Unity dev teams
- Experience designing for mobile and WebGL platforms
