**Job Brief -**
We are looking for a Junior to Mid level Designer to join the Marketing team, and produce some high quality work as per requirement. This role requires one to be highly creative and have a sharp eye for detail, along with a good grasp of brand archetypes to be able to understand our brand language with ease.
Their goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our companies' vision.

**Job Responsibilities -**
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes
- Pitch creative ideas
- Collaborate with team members to launch projects
- Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction)
- Use feedback from leadership to improve

**Job Requirements & Skills -**
- 3-5 years of a full-time work experience as a Designer, in a reputed company
- Experience in working with varied design softwares and graphic editing tools (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, CorelDRAW etc.)
- Understanding of visual elements (layouts, fonts, spacing etc.)
- Familiarity with Design techniques (gradients, prototyping, contrasts etc.)
- A keen eye for detail and good design aesthetic.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Teamwork and ownership, with a problem solving attitude.
- A background in marketing would be preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in design or related fields from a reputed university.

**1) Understanding design language as per brand guidelinesof more International and aspirational brands in nature.**

**2) Should have experience working on Adobe and also PowerPoint**

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
