**- Scholartude Web Education is seeking a passionate and skilled **Mathematics Faculty** to join our academic team.
- You will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students across multiple academic levels — from foundational to advanced — including those preparing for board exams and national-level competitive exams like **JEE, NDA,** and **Olympiads**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver concept-oriented, interactive Mathematics lessons for academic and competitive exam preparation.
- Create comprehensive learning materials including lecture notes, quizzes, assignments, and mock tests.
- Develop and record engaging digital content using virtual whiteboards, math software, and teaching tools.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions and revision classes to support student learning outcomes.
- Analyze student performance data to provide targeted guidance and personalized support.
- Collaborate with content developers, graphic designers, and academic leaders to enhance curriculum quality.
- Stay updated with changes in curriculum frameworks, exam formats, and pedagogical strategies.
- Participate in internal faculty meetings, student mentorship, and curriculum planning initiatives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and competitive exam patterns.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Prior teaching experience in schools, coaching centers, or edtech platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Zoom, OBS, Desmos, GeoGebra, Google Classroom, etc.).
- Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts with clarity and logical flow.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Passion for teaching and adapting to innovative digital learning methods.
