Job Description for Product Designer Freelancer

Position: Product Designer Required experience - 3+ years. Responsibilities:

- User Research: Product Designer conducts user research to identify user needs, behaviours, and preferences, and to gather feedback on existing designs.
- Creating User Flows: Product Designer creates user flows and maps out the user journey, ensuring that users can easily navigate and interact with the interface.
- Conducting Usability Testing: The Product Designer conducts usability testing to validate designs and identify areas for improvement.
- Creating Design Guidelines: The Product Designer creates design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across different products and platforms.

**Required Skills**:

- Extensive, proven track record with over 5 years of professional experience in visual design
- Highly developed design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work.
- The ability to tell a compelling story through design, conveying the user journey and the value of the product.
- Ability to work with design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, After effects, illustrator)
- Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools and methods
- Skill in organizing and structuring content and information effectively, creating intuitive navigation and information hierarchies.
- Experience in creating designs for social media platforms.
- Having a good knowledge of Web Designing will be a plus point.
- Should have good written/verbal communication skills in English.
