Zycamo is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand designs for our clients across various platforms. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific requirements and translate them into compelling visual content. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about design and can effectively communicate ideas through visual means.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and brand guidelines.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a wide range of projects, including social media graphics, website elements, infographics, print materials, and more.
- Create visually engaging and on-brand designs that meet the objectives and requirements of each client.
- Produce high-quality graphic assets using industry-standard design software and tools.
- Ensure designs are delivered on time and within project specifications.
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including social media strategists and content creators, to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all channels.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions based on client and team input.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Maintain organized files and assets for efficient project management and future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills and styles.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements is a plus.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
