We seek a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to be a part of our DRTV Telecalling team. This role requires strong communication skills, active listening, and a proven track record of achieving targets while maintaining operational excellence.
- Attending calls and explaining the product and work offered by the organization.
- To make outbound/inbound calls on the given data to Retain and Acquire donors.
- Call donors on various campaigns run by the organization
- To achieve the targeted numbers in terms of donors & as per the process requirements.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

**Roles and Responsibilities.**
- Accountable for achieving performance benchmarks on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis.
- Obtaining the prospect’s information and other relevant details (as per process requirement).
- Addressing donor queries.
- Promote awareness of the organization’s mission and work.
- Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
- Performs duties without unnecessarily challenging authority, follows procedures and policies, adheres to schedules, legal obligations and safety requirements.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience is required
- If you’ve worked in the following positions: promoter, advertising expert, marketing expert, Business Development associate, customer support, fundraising or sales associate (B2B, B2C), then you are the best fit for the role.

Employees will be on the payroll of PERSOLKELLY, our HR partner. Initially, there will be a 3-month contract(probationary period) and an annual renewable contract after the first 3 months.

**Language Requirement**

Proficient in English and Tamil(vernacular language will be an added advantage).

**Working days and timing**

6 days with Rotational Week-off.

**Covid Vaccination: 2 doses(mandatory)**
