**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Develop and implement strategies to prepare students for the B2 certification exam.
- Conduct mock tests and provide feedback to improve students’ performance.
- Share tips and techniques for handling exam scenarios effectively.
- Design and update lesson plans and course materials as per the B2 exam requirements.
- Integrate cultural and contextual elements of the German language into training sessions.
- Facilitate conversational practice to build fluency and confidence in spoken German.
- Promote language immersion through role-plays, discussions, and situational learning.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Language Proficiency**:

- Certified in German language with **C1 and C2 levels** completed.
- Fluent in spoken and written German with excellent pronunciation.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in training students for the **B2 exam** (preferred).
- Prior teaching experience with diverse student groups is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong teaching and communication skills.
- Familiarity with B2 exam formats, guidelines, and requirements.
- Ability to use digital tools and platforms for virtual or hybrid classes.
