**Job Title: Client Serving Executive**

**Required exp.**: Fresher

**Pay range**:18k

**Work location**: Kirti Nagar, Delhi (Metro station drop-off provided in evening in office car)

**Work days & timings**:Monday - Friday in the office (1st & 3rd Saturday are working from home), Work timing: 10 am - 6:30 pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with a manager, handling institutional business/ account.
- Communicating with the team and working on excel sheets to organise inventory, sales forecasts and demand planning.
- Should be friendly and amicable, open to learning as this is a unique retail format.
- Communicating with on-field representatives PAN India to acquire sales data, govt. permissions, and follow-up for logistics and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Prior 0 - 1 years work experience in client servicing or similar role.

There will be a practical Excel test.
- Experience of handling merchandisers & sales staff remotely.
- Experience in managing data pertaining to sales, closing stock, opening stock, damaged stocks, purchase orders & defectives.
- Experience in sales forecasting, inventory planning and designing incentive and target-based sales plans.
- Experience in handling CSD channel, B2B channels, Institutional Sales channel for clients/agency or brands.
- Dedicated and hardworking person with an analytical mind towards sales numbers and problem solving.
- Should be a team player and comfortable in working with a team
