**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphics & 2D Animation**: Design and animate high-quality motion graphics and 2D content for social media, video ads, and marketing campaigns.
- **UGC Video Creation**: Conceptualize and design **User Generated Content** (UGC) videos that align with brand objectives, ensuring engaging, authentic, and shareable content.
- **Graphic Design**: Develop creative visuals for websites, social media, banners, and promotional material, ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- **Creative Content Development**: Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that incorporate static graphics, motion graphics, and UGC videos.
- **Video Editing**: Collaborate on video projects, adding motion graphics, animations, and other effects to enhance the visual appeal of content.
- **Branding & Visual Identity**: Support the creation of cohesive branding materials, such as logos, brand guidelines, and advertising content.
- **Collaboration**: Work with copywriters, content creators, and marketing managers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality creative work.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on the latest design trends, particularly in social media, motion graphics, and UGC video creation.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Graphic Designer** with a strong portfolio of work that includes **motion graphics, 2D animation**, and **UGC video content**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other animation software.
- Experience in creating content specifically for social media, including formats optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- A keen understanding of **User Generated Content (UGC)** trends and the ability to create visually appealing, on-brand UGC video content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team player with good communication skills and a passion for creativity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (preferred)
