**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Location**: Chennai & Major Cities across Tamil Nadu

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel throughout assigned territories to identify and engage with potential retail traders.
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product line and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role in the FMCG/Retail sector.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is required.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.
