**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers & distributors, achieving sales targets, and promoting our products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers & distributors.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Promote and merchandise our products effectively.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the stationery or related industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with the local retail market is a plus.
