Tender Executive

Responsibilities:

- Organising and maintaining important databases, reports, documents and files.
- Conducting research and compile information as needed for various projects and initiatives.
- Manage the entire tendering process, from identifying potential opportunities to submission.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and agreements related to successful tender bids.
- Maintaining record of official expenses and sharing the details of monthly invoices, credit card expenses, petty cash expenses with accountant.
- Coordination with Company secretary for work related with trademark & IP.
- Should have working knowledge of travel & stay bookings.
- Exercising discretion and handling sensitive information while maintaining strict confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- Any bachelor degree.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
