Job description:
1. Experience in placement department from a reputed college/coaching institute preferred.

2. Strong communication skill is a must.

3. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

4. Strong relationships with leaders in corporates/ industry is must.

5. Flexible and expert in multitasking.

6. Client visits is mandatory for this role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
1. Liaison between colleges under universal group, industry, principals, faculty and student coordinators.

2. Collaborate with new companies for final placement summer internships, live projects, industry visits, guest lectures, webinars, seminars etc.

3. Publish fortnightly/ monthly training and placement reports.

4. Analyse and create training and placement MIS regularly.

5. Sharing opportunities with students and keeping complete track of the same till final selections.

6. Create and improvise training and placement plans.

7. Track training and placement enrolment status, collect student feedback on activities organized by the placement department,

8. Create training reports for management review.

9. Handle all student queries relating to placements

10. Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.

11. Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for job placement and work
- based learning opportunities.

12. Counsel, prepare and enhance hiring potential of students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
