**Organization: Smiles Child Development Center**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Relevant certification and licensing (as applicable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children is preferred but not mandatory.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Half-day)

**Salary**: Starting at ₹3.6 LPA
