Field Collection Executive

The **Field Collection Executive** will be responsible for visiting customers to collect overdue payments, verify KYC and loan-related documents, and ensure timely follow-ups for smooth recovery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit customers at their residence or business premises for payment collection
- Follow up with borrowers for EMI dues, bounced payments, or settlements
- Conduct physical verification of documents (KYC, loan agreements, ID/address proof)
- Ensure authenticity and completeness of all submitted documents
- Obtain customer signatures and submit collected documents to the back-office team
- Maintain daily visit logs and collection reports
- Build rapport with customers and handle objections or concerns professionally
- Escalate complex or non-cooperative cases to the Collection Manager
- Adhere to RBI and internal guidelines for ethical recovery practices
- Responsible for visiting customers within a 50 km radius of their base location

- Background verification is mandatory prior to onboarding

Pay: ₹162,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
