**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Development skill - Good to have but not mandatory
- Support efforts to collect data, conduct analysis, develop, and implement solutions associated with incident tickets and requirements.
- Provide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for root cause analysis, operational assessment and process improvement initiatives.
- Support customer requirements in a 24/7/365 environment and be able to provide on-call support during outages occurring after hours (on a rotating basis).
- Support Apache, Tomcat, Websphere Application Server, Jboss Application Server and WebLogic 2 Extensive experience in Configuration, Performance Tuning, Upgrade and implementing high availability feature for Apache, Tomcat, Websphere Application Server, Jboss Application Server and WebLogic 3 Experience of troubleshooting and issue resolution for middleware technologies like Apache, Tomcat, Jboss, Websphere Application Server, Weblogic and IIS.
- Collaborate with peers and other service lanes to perform network latency analysis to address slow connections and user experience issues
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Strong Communication Skills - be able to expresses key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience in Design and support Apache, Tomcat, Websphere Application Server, Jboss Application Server and WebLogic
- Extensive experience in Configuration, Performance Tuning, Upgrade and implementing high availability feature for Apache, Tomcat, Websphere Application Server, Jboss Application Server and WebLogic
- Experience of troubleshooting and issue resolution for middleware technologies like Apache, Tomcat, Jboss, Websphere Application Server, Weblogic and IIS
