Job Title: Last Mile Operations Executive

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily dispatch and last mile delivery operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per defined SLAs.
- Prepare and manage E-way bills, dispatch documents, and shipment records.
- Maintain and update Excel reports for dispatch, delivery, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with delivery partners, transporters, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor and resolve delivery exceptions, delays, and non-delivery issues.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and system reconciliation during dispatch.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs, safety, and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Last Mile / Dispatch / Delivery Operations (Logistics, E-commerce, or FMCG preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting).
- Strong understanding of E-way bills, logistics documentation, and dispatch planning.
- Excellent coordination, accuracy, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive operations.
- Local geographical knowledge of Bahraich and nearby areas is an advantage.
