**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality LinkedIn posts to engage and grow our professional network.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to understand the company’s goals and align content with our brand voice and strategy.
- Research industry trends, thought leadership topics, and audience insights to produce relevant and timely content.
- Craft content that encourages engagement, such as likes, comments, shares, and other forms of interaction.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics and use data-driven insights to optimize content performance.
- Create captivating headlines and posts that effectively communicate our key messages.
- Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn algorithm changes and best practices to ensure posts maximize reach and engagement.
- Develop content that highlights our products, services, and corporate culture in an authentic and engaging way.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content writing, specifically for LinkedIn or other professional platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to create compelling narratives that capture the attention of a professional audience.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn’s features, best practices, and engagement strategies.
- Strong research skills and ability to synthesize complex information into accessible and engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
