Optimus Opportunity For Software Engineer Trainee (SET):
A great opportunity for B. Tech CS/IT and MCAs of 2025 batch to become a part of Optimus delivery team at Noida and embark on a successful career as an IT solution provider.

- Position: Intern with potential conversion to Software Engineer Trainee

Package: 6 -9LPA (excluding other perks like insurance, learning and development benefits)

Required Qualifications:

- B. Tech CS/IT and MCAs of 2025 batch of a reputed university.
- Must have scored 80% or higher in class X and XII and in their professional degree program.
- Should possess a strong grasp of verbal and written English.
- Required to maintain residency within Delhi NCR as this opportunity entails working from the office.
- Should be available to join at the earliest.

Indemnity agreement:
On commencement of employment, a service agreement of the value of Rs. 2 Lakhs will need to be signed and will remain applicable for a period of 2 years from the start of employment. This agreement will need to be signed on or before the date of joining. It will come into effect from the date of commencement of employment at Optimus.

Selection Process:
**Stage 1**:Aptitude Test**

**Stage 2: Programming Test**

**Stage 3: HR **Interview**

**Stage 4**:Technical **Interview**

**Stage 5: Final Interview**

This will be a face-to-face interview with our India Head-Operations.

**Required Skills**:

- Good understanding of computer science principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar languages commonly used in development and test automation.
- Familiarity with software development and testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in the field of test automation.
